A scholastic assessment provides a comprehensive understanding of a learner's academic abilities and the factors that may be influencing their performance at school. Using a combination of standardised psychometric assessments and background information, I evaluate areas such as cognitive functioning, academic achievement and learning strengths.
These assessments are often recommended when a learner is experiencing ongoing academic difficulties, performing below their potential, or when parents or educators would like a clearer understanding of how they learn best.
Following the assessment, you will receive a detailed feedback session and written report outlining the results, practical recommendations and, where appropriate, suggestions for additional support or accommodations.
Choosing subjects for high school can feel overwhelming for both learners and parents. This workshop is designed to help Grade 9 learners make informed subject choices by exploring their interests, strengths, abilities and future aspirations.
Rather than focusing on a single "right" answer, the workshop encourages learners to understand how their abilities and interests can align with different educational and career pathways. The goal is to provide guidance that supports confident, well-informed decision-making.
Participants leave with greater clarity about their options and practical information to help them choose subjects that support their future goals.
Workshop Format: Subject Choice Workshops are offered in small groups of up to five learners, creating an interactive and supportive environment. Individual sessions are also available for learners who would prefer one-on-one guidance or a more personalised experience.
Starting school is an exciting milestone, but every child develops at their own pace. A school readiness assessment evaluates whether a child has developed the foundational skills needed to cope successfully with the demands of formal schooling.
The assessment considers a range of developmental areas, including cognitive abilities, visual-motor integration, language skills, attention, early learning concepts and emotional readiness.
Following the assessment, I provide detailed feedback and practical recommendations to help parents make informed decisions about school placement and identify any areas where additional support may be beneficial before formal schooling begins.
